Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jacqueline Ziegler is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, MA, where she earned her BFA in theatre design and technology, with a concentration in scenic design. Her design for Rareworks Theatre Company’s The Sugar Witch was nominated for Outstanding Scenic Design at the 31st Annual EVVY Awards in 2012.

Outside of the theatre, she enjoys walking the city alone and with friends, consuming culture at museums around the world, writing and watching standup comedy, listening to good music both live and at home, and hanging out with her parents' corgi (pictured at left). She is especially good at packing efficiently and making lists, two skills she picked up while spending her spring 2012 semester studying abroad through Emerson College’s Kasteel Well program.

She currently lives and works in New York City.
